You should be open to discussion all the time and listen to everyone no matter what they have to say. This will not only improve your relationship with the employees but you will also find yourself in a better position to make effective decisions.

Encourage Team Work

A person working alone may not be able to produce better results but when you ask the same person to work with a team of winners, the results will be different. Keeping this fact in mind, you should encourage team work in your office. Make different teams and assign them different targets. Having two to three different teams working in your office will increase the competition and you will start seeing better results with the passage of time.

Give Rewards for Better Performance

If you are making your employees work hard and come up with better results, it is your responsibility to acknowledge their hard work and give them rewards too. There should be a monthly reward for those employees who have produced better results of the company.
