Samsung Galaxy Note 3 – Features & Specs


Samsung Note Series is compliment to Samsung Galaxy S series. With the huge success of Galaxy Note 2, Samsung is now planning another big footstep to take in the form of Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Customers have given a positive response to Note 2, now their expectations are also increased with the upcoming announced Note 3. Samsung will have to think at another far angle so that Note 3 will get ranked better than Note 2.


The rivals for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 could be Xperia Z, HTC One, Samsung Galaxy S4, and LG Optimus G Pro. Though it is just announced and its exact specifications are not disclosed yet, but rumours are here about the new qualities and date of release of Note 3.



It is said that Samsung is about to chose from 3 different prototypes for the design of Note 3:

  •   Different design from the predecessors.
  •   Offering an unbreakable display.
  •   Design that is systemic with S4.


For the Hardware, it is supposed that Note 3 will have to be even slimmer and weigh less than Note 2. The material which is used for it still under debate because different prototypes are under consideration. Samsung will prefer to use more robust material for its construction, for example, mixture of metallic material with some flexible display content in order to increase protection of its inner parts.


The display might be of 5.99 or 6.3 inches. It is also rumoured that the size will remain the same as that of Note 2, but the display will be increased. 8-core Mali 450 GPU will be employed which will help in graphical activities as in mobile gaming.

Processing Chip

The processor used will be Exynos 5 Octa processor.

The Power button is at the top border of the phone, accompanied by the audio input. The volume buttons will be at right, while the micro-USB connector will be at bottom for charging and connectivity purposes.
