Sometimes things changes suddenly and can turn into the shape which you are not expecting to happen, for example sometimes you accidentally deletes some files from your computer hard disk, which can be thankfully recovered from “Recycle bin”. After reinstalling the windows in your computer you will see a lot changes in the settings, this would also happen by installing some software which want a lot system access, the usual changes which people see in the taskbar are, all the speed “Quick launch Icons” gone away and some of the icons like “Network connects” and “Volume Control” also gone away from the notifications area of the taskbar. Speed launch Icons can easily be recovered but the Icons in notifications area are important to regain especially in windows XP. The main Icon for the internet users is “Network Connection” icon in the notifications area of the taskbar, because from this Icon they can stay in touch with network connection Speed and status easily from the task bar by just doing one click, sometimes this Icon disappear from the notifications bar but this can be recovered easily by following the easy steps below.
1: Go In The Control Room
As usual you have to go in the control panel where all the settings about the system lies, for this move the mouse cursor on the left below side of the screen, then click on “Start” then, on the right middle click on the control panel, which will take you in the settings of the system. After going in the control panel click “network and internet connections” as shown in the picture below, this will bring all of the settings about networking in your system. Now follow the step mentioned below.
2: Go In the Properties
After going in the window of network and Internet connection, click on the “Network connections” in the lower right corner as shown in the picture below. This will bring all of the network connections established in your system.
Now move the mouse cursor onto the active network connection (internet connection) which you are using and right click on that, then click on the “properties” as shown in the picture below, this will bring the properties of the network connection.
In the “General” tab of the properties window you will see, two important option with “Check box” in the lower side of the window, they will be “notify when the connectivity is limited” and “Show icon in Notifications area when connected”, check the both options because its recommended.
