Daily so many information share over email such as bank statements, business reports and general emails. Google supported Gmail is one of the best and popular email service provider as everyone knows about it, but it is not hundred percent reliable. Google does have gives you the facility for your email backup of everything. You can make backup of your emails by configuring these steps.
Open your browser and log on to your Gmail account as normal.
Click on the Gear type button on the right top of your email home page and click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. Now you will see the Add a Forwarding Address button.
When you click on Add Forward Address button , you will be asked to enter your email. Now enter your valid email address and proceed.
Now back up your all emails in your Gmail account with POP. Select the first option as Enable POP for all mails and make sure that from the check box drop down select the Keep the email copy in Inbox is selected.
Click on the Save Changes button.
That’s it! It’s so simple to make a backup of your emails in Gmail account. Keep the tip in mind that if once your mail client is configured then open your account to backup.
