Facebook, has rolled out a significant update on their mobile web application and launched a share button on the mobile devices to encourage the mobile users to share their content with their friends. Facebook has a share button for mobile devices, visit its mobile site m.facebook.com. The new web version of Facebook has the ability to share videos, pictures and articles. As the mobile user can simply press on the new share link, they will notice a new share button to the right of the Like and Comment buttons.

This new share button allows the user to write a comment that goes along with the shared content, and user can also post it publicly in order to each all subscribers. If the user is satisfied with the post, they confirm the sharing action or may cancel the post and return the user to the news feed.
However, the launch of the new sharing feature in Facebook is extremely helpful for brands and advertisers and highly appreciated. As they can share ads in the news feed and sponsors links very easily. Facebook also rolling out a new feed that allows user to view posts from brands and other pages, while posts from those pages will still appear the Newsfeed, so the users can visit this page to view recent updates from liked pages. Facebook surely doesn’t degrade the quality of feed and monitor the mobile share button effects.
Facebook standing a step ahead with its social network competitor TWITTER by introducing this share button for the mobile user’s option. If the mobile users on the Facebook transition from Like action to the Share action, then Facebook may increase the a large number of shared content in their news feeds each day. It is difficult to type more on a mobile phone, then a share button could attract people to rapidly re-share link after link similar as a retweet on Twitter mobile.
Moreover, Facebook also planned to add some more features to their apps for Appke iOS and Android devices in the next coming days.
