1. Use Proper Formatting of Text

Not only that you need to share content with people in your circles on Google+ but you also need to keep a formatting of your content in mind. You cannot just go ahead and start sharing anything with your followers or fans. Whatever you share on your Google+ profile or page must have some meaning to it. Always make sure that you have formatted your text properly before finally publishing it on your timeline. Don’t just go ahead and share a post with complete capitalization or no formatting at all. Keep in mind that the readers are real humans so if there is anything out of ordinary with your posts; they will detect it on the spot. Obviously, a wise person would never be interested in reading something that is not written in proper sentence case at all.

2. Use +Mentions & #Hashtags

If you have used Twitter then you already know about the Hashtags and how they work. One interesting things about Google+ is that, they are not ashamed to acknowledge the important of hashtags introduced by Twitter and you can also use them in Google+ too. It means that if you want to highlight something then you can easily add a #hashtag with it. This is very good for marketing a brand name, a product or a service that you offer to your customers. Similarly, you can use the +mention feature of Google+ too. This will also help you get better results in marketing your business on the internet.

3. Share Graphical Posts

Don’t just share plain text with your readers on Google+ because, people are more attracted towards images and good graphics instead of plain text. It doesn’t matter how much value your text contains, if it is not accompanied by some good visual images, nobody will bother reading it. That is the main reason why pictorial posts always get more user engagement as compared to simple text posts. So, if you have got some good stuff to share with your fans on Google+, try to find a good image that can go along with that message.
