While setting a goal for New Year, you must keep your limitations in mind and how much you can push your limits on daily basis. If you will set big goals, chances are that you will fail to accomplish most of them and quite only after a couple of months.

In this way, you will be able to concentrate more towards your goals because a partner will be there to remind you about resolution. I have personally found this technique very useful and I don’t skip gym even for a day because my partner is always behind my back pushing me to do the things that are important for me.

6. Be Patient and Still

Things come to those who wait for them and in order to see the fruits of your efforts, you will have to be patient and stay still. If you are working out in gym daily then wait for 3-4 months to see the results coming instead of wishing to become healthier overnight.
